The Collamat Flexoline Top-Conveyor optimises the handling of unstable products when labelled. Speed synchronisation of the two conveyors is achieved through an encoder. The product is kept upright even with large, rapid speed variations. The Top-Conveyor belt is covered with a soft cellular rubber: this absorbs slight height variations of the product and ensures no slip. The Collamat® FlexoLine concept makes retrofi tting of a Collamat Top-Conveyor to an existing system extremely simple and this ensures long-term reliability.
