This video shows how 85 g. pet food cans are labelled all the way round with fold-out labels. The combination of a small cans, special labels, high speed, and high precision means high requirements to the labelling technique.
In this case high capacity is achieved by means of two labelling dispenser in one labelling station, thereby two cans are continuously labelled synchronised.
In the end of the video clip you may note that there are two labelling stations on the production line. This is made to secure non stop labelling. One system is always in stand by and ready to take over automatically when the other runs out of labels.
