| ![]() | Collamat® Linerfree System is a cost saving labelling technology that protects the environment by eliminating tons of liner waste (liner-free). It is a pat. pend. system consisting of Collamat® Linerfree Labeller and Collamat® Linerfree Paper. Having 60% more volume on the roll diameter compared with traditional labels, and utilising one roll for any label length or layout, the production time is optimised effectively. You have less production breaks and less handlings than with other thermal printed labels. In keeping with the Collamat® modular design there are various choices of application modules.
|
Individual adaptation
Special nonstick surface
Less handlings
Fast and easy label change
Network or stand alone
Protects the environment
| | Three applicator modules are available: pneumatic arm, conveyor plate, or table model
The adhesive of the labelling paper sticks only to the the product product and not to the applicator No waste at all to collect by the line
New label length and design without changing the label roll, simply push a few keys on the panel
Connection to Ethernet network adds central control, on the other hand a stand alone solution adds intelligence, i.e. handles input from weight, scanner, etc. directly
No silicone waste from the liner
